  Chakalaka (South-African bean stew) with brown rice
• Wednesday (25/02/2026):
  Falafel with quinoa tabbouleh, olives hummus and garlic sauce
• Thursday (26/02/2026):
  Chinese noodles with veggies and tofu chunks
• Friday (27/02/2026):
  Ndengu (Kenyan lentil curry) with naan bread

• All of are dishes are Vegan, 100% Plant based
